Apple’s iPad tablet computer is now officially one of the Cupertino, California-based company’s biggest businesses.

Apple sold 3.27 million iPads over the course of the quarter to take in $2.1 billion in iPad and iPad related products and services, the company said as it announced earnings for the quarter ending June 27 Tuesday.
