Here’s Wi-Fi in your Eye-Fi

I know, I know. This is the most boring picture teaser I have ever posted. However, the product is very useful and important in the land of geek world technology development.

The Eye-Fi SD card is a 2GB card that has Wi-Fi built into the card architecture. What that means is this: you stick it in your camera, take embarrassing photos of your coworkers at the Karaoke bar on Friday night’s after work Happy Hour alcohol fest, zoom them directly from said camera through cyberspace and post them in your account on Flickr, Facebook, etc. and whammo! Everyone laughs their butts off Monday morning at the junior boss who puked all over the mic during “I Will Always Love You.”

Get it for approximately $100 from many major retailers named on the Eye-Fi website and start snapping those memories for future water cooler discussion topics today.
