We all know Asus excels at motherboards and laptops, but when it comes to cellphones, Asus is nothing compared to giants like Nokia, Motorola, etc. But truth to be said, Asus is getting better and better with it’s offerings. And in quite a few new phones they try adding some interesting gimmick that you can not find enywhere else.

Asus J502 had remote SMS control, Asus Z801 was an interesting luxury/Karaoke phone combination. This time at Computex 2007 trade show in Taipei (Taiwan), Asus decided to showcase its latest thin and stylish, Asus V90 camera phone:

Asus V90 is shiny, 13.5 mm thick candybar that comes equipped with 3 MP camera, 2″ QWGA screen, FM Radio and microSD memory card slot. Nothing really special so far. What’s special about Asus V90 is an interesting implementation of advanced Bluetooth technology, with up to 100 m (!) coverage and chatting functionality.

Great job Asus !
