Slimmest Slider for CDMA Networks : Samsung SCH-C220/SPH-C2200/SPH-C2250

All these times, all the newest and best cellphones always go to GSM networks. But in Korea, CDMA networks users will be happy to know what Samsung have in store for them

Following the footsteps of his older GSM brother, Samsung U-600, CDMA version of this 10.9 millimeter slider are available, called Samsung SCH-C220/SPH-C2200 /SPH-C2250. (different numbering schemes for different carriers).

The specs for Samsung C220 slider include:

* CDMA200 1xEVDO connectivity
* 2.2″ 240×320 px 262K color display
* 2 mpx camera
* Support for GPS function
* 96MB of internal memory
* microSD memory card slot
* Dimensions : 103.3X49.3X10.9mm
* Weight : 81g

The main difference here is smaller camera (2 mpx instead of 3.2), but CDMA slider supports GPS functionality, which is a nice feature to have.

Samsung SCH C220 is headed for the main Korean mobile operators - SKT, KTF and LG Telecom - for now and will cost 500K Won (about 500 US$)
