18k Gold iPod Necklaces Have CompleteTechnique

Run DMC made a statement in the 80’s with their large-linked gold chains and Flava Flav continues to engage the masses with his oversized clock necklaces. These icons could be said to be the originators of ‘bling’ and the cache that goes along with having such adornment. Modern-day bling comes in shiny platinum, glimmering gold and, for the geeks among us, electronics hanging off our persons.

A Brooklyn, NYC design company, CompleteTechnique, have unveiled a jewellery line that houses iPods in a stylish pendant made of 18k gold or platinum. The iPod pendants are sold on Cool Hunting for $100 each in a choice of pink, black, silver or blue models.

Judging by the Latina lovely in the above photo, this item is muy caliente and you’d be a fool to turn your nose up at this fashion-forward statement of profound Apple admiration. Who said form and function had to be boring and ugly, anyway?
