Wake Up with the Chumby and WiFi

Heads up to all you multi-gadget lovers out there. Tired of your ancient alarm clock only telling the time and when to get your lazy butt out from under the sheets? The Chumby is a device that functions primarily as an alarm clock, but comes with a host of other specs to give you plenty to play with as soon as you wake up.

The Chumby is a compact, WiFi enabled, touchscreen unit that contains three USB ports, stereo speakers, headphone output and mic input. Good for late night, drunken Karaoke sessions that you’ll remember in the morning! The Chumby has a soft exterior of rubber and leather with a choice of Black, Latte or Pearl colors and will be sold for less than $200.

This device has been in development for months and it is not yet available to the public. However, the Chumby website keeps you alerted to the latest in Chumby News, with useful information about how the unit will keep you connected to your “Internet Life” at all times. Looks like the only time we’re disconnected is during the precious hours of dreamtime. Wake up and smell the Chumby!
