Microsoft Joins the Finger Touch Phone Revolution
You can’t argue with the government about accuracy and dependability, right? Well, we like to get our news from reliable sources and, according to the United States Patent Office, Microsoft has received the coveted US patent approval for a lookalike version of the iPhone.
Now, before you get your panties all in a bunch about the comparison of Apple vs. the Entire World and how Mac-based products aren’t the first electronic corporation to set foot on the moon, reinvent the wheel or use catchy advertising campaigns to garner attention, Mac did make a very successful product, so why wouldn’t the other Big Boys of Computer Technology want to go along for the ride? We’ve seen it with the HTC Touch already and I wouldn’t doubt it if we’ll be seeing a Hello Kitty touch finger phone in the inevitable future.
To ‘better’ their new product, Microsoft has added openly customizable displays to the copycat Touch Phone, allowing the user to organize folders, photos, videos, size of grids and icons, as per his or her liking. You can read more patent specs here for further information.
