What? I Can Hear You! Sensear NIHL Headset

Sensear has developed a noise-reducing headset that effectively distinguishes ambient noise from speech. The sporty yellow headset facilitates the separation of loud, unpleasant and damaging (over 85dBA) noise such as screeching machines and your foreman telling you “break time is over”.
Sensear protects your ears against Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) yet allows you to clearly hear normal speech. The Sensear headset uses directional microphones and a signal-processing algorithm that shuts out all other sound save the speech that is directed towards you. The technologically advanced headset uses Bluetooth so you can receive phone calls while you’re working in loud noise or standing in the middle of a thrash-metal concert. With this headset, you can let your mom know you’re studying late at the library and she’ll be none the wiser.
Sensear offers varying designs from earbuds to chinbands at an undisclosed price due for release in September.

I always wondered what the Silver Surfer was doing when he wasn’t making movies!
Very stylish, but I bet they’d be cost prohibitive for the folks who will really need these.
